Ambler Council Honors Life of George Pasceri [VIDEO]

Pasceri, a longtime member of Ambler Borough Council, was honored by his peers on Tuesday night. He died on Feb. 8 at the age of 79.

Prior to the start of Tuesday night's Ambler Borough Council meeting, Council President Tony Isabella made a presentation to the Pasceri family, in honor of George Pasceri, who died Feb. 8.

Pasceri was a long-time member of borough council, serving his first term from the mid-1970's to 1986, and his second term from 2002 until present.

He was a graduate of Ambler High School, and served our nation with the United States Air Force during the Korean War. More recently, Pasceri founded the Wissahickon Athletic Club and was actively involved in Ambler's youth sports.
