Ambler Man Nabbed on Warrant During Traffic Stop, Police Say

An Ambler man was taken into custody by Whitpain Township Police last month on an active warrant out of Montgomery County.
Charles Saunders, 33, of the 100 block of Tennis Avenue, was later released to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department on the warrant for failure to appear, police said.
Saunders was stopped driving a silver Chevrolet on Sept. 16 at 11:59 p.m. at Union Meeting and Jolly roads for a traffic violation, police said.
