The rumor originally began to surface on social media, leading several people to contact Patch regarding the validly of the claim. After speaking with Aversa, we can confirm that the rumor is simply that—a rumor.

"It's not true," said Aversa, regarding the rumor. "The old building has already been taken down. They're here now, doing construction."
So there you have it. If all goes to plan, Bottom Dollar expects to be open this fall.
