Dog Bites Dog in Armentrout Park, Owner Cited: Police

A dog bit another dog in Armentrout Preserve Park in Whitpain Township earlier this month, police said, and one owner ended up with charges.
Police said on Nov. 2 at 1:30 p.m., officers spoke with a woman at the station. She told police that her dog was bitten by a Boxer mix while walking in the park, police said.
Police allege the owner of the aggressive dog in the incident was Laura Detwiler, 53, of the 2500 block of Hillside Lane, West Norriton. Detwiler was cited for confinement of animals, police said.
