Drug Possession, Theft Charges for Four in Alleged Blue Bell Kohl's Incident
Angie Sakr, Melissa Long, Jacob Brant and Joshua Nelson were all allegedly there when Sakr allegedly stole $230 of items from Kohl's, police said.

Four people were arrested and charged with drug possession offenses, disorderly conduct and retail theft offenses following an alleged theft incident at Kohl's on Skippack Pike in Whitpain Township.
Police said officers were called to Kohl's at 2:41 p.m. Nov. 2. There, loss prevention officers had Angie Sakr, 34, of the 300 block of George St., Norristown, in custody for allegedly attempting to steal $230 in merchandise, police said.
Loss prevention told police there were three other people, a white woman and two other black men, with Sakr during the theft, police said. The woman remains in Kohl's, but the two black males split up, with one going into Super Fresh and the other remaining in Kohl's, police said.
Sakr was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property via summons, police said.
The white woman, identified as Melissa Long, 28, of the 400 block of West Somerset Street, Philadelphia, was taken into custody inside Kohl's and escorted to the security office, police said.
Long allegedly got one hand free from the handcuffs and began fighting with officers, police said. Once restrained again, it was determined that Long was in possession of 22 bags of suspected cocaine and paraphernalia, and 28 miscellaneous pills, police said.
While being escorted from Kohl's, Long continued to scream, police said.
Police found Joshua Nelson, 28, of the 200 block of E. Johnson St., Philadelphia, inside Super Fresh. He was asked about the retail theft, police said. During the investigation, Nelson appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic, police said.
Nelson was allegedly in possession of PCP and marijuana, police said. He was charged with possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Nelson had a probation violation, and was sent to Montgomery County prison, police said.
The fourth individual, Jacob Brant, 34, of the 800 block of Heimbach Lane in Royersford, was found in the parking lot of Kohl's and told police he was there with Nelson, Sakr and Long, police said.
He admitted to allegedly possessing a small amount of marijuana, police said. Brant was not involved in the retail theft, police said. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and later released, police said.
