DUI Charges Pending Against Whitpain Man After Accident
Andrew Plenn, 45, was allegedly drunk at the scene of an accident Sept. 25.
A Whitpain Township man will have DUI charges filed against him pending the receipt of blood results after an accident on Sept. 25.
Andrew Plenn, 45, of the 1300 block of Meadow Drive, was driving a Ford that was involved in an accident at 9:11 a.m. at DeKalb Pike and Township Line Road, police said.
During the investigation, it appeared Plenn was allegedly drunk, police said. He was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital for blood analysis, police said.
