Heroin, Coke Found in Car With Man Passed Out in Driver's Seat, Police Say
Christian Geyer, of Little Road, Frederick Township, and David Osenbach, of Big Road, Zieglersville, were arrested and charged with heroin and cocaine possession outside Kohl's in Whitpain Township.

Whitpain Township Police said heroin and cocaine were recovered from a car parked outside Kohl's on Skippack Pike where a man was found unconscious in the driver's seat.
On Nov. 1, at 2:30 p.m., police and Second Alarmers Rescue Squad were called to the department store for a report of an unconscious man in the driver's seat of a car.
While tending to the man, identified as David Osenbach, 32, of the 3300 block of Big Road, Zieglersville, a witness told police there was a second man walking out of Kohl's who allegedly had been in the car with Osenbach, police said.
Police said that man was Christian Geyer, 28, of the 2300 block of Little Road, Frederick Township.
During the investigation, police found several packets of heroin and cocaine and drug paraphernalia in the passenger area and trunk of the car, police said.
Osenbach and Geyer were arrested and charged with possession of heroin and cocaine and possession of paraphernalia, police said. Both were arraigned before District Judge Katherine Hummel Fried, who set bail at 10 percent of $5,000, police said, and then taken to Montgomery County prison.
