Magazine Solicitor Strikes Again in Blue Bell
Travis Osborne, 27, of Chattanooga, TN, was cited for selling magazine subscriptions in Whitpain, police said.
Whitpain Township Police arrested and cited three out-of-state persons last month for soliciting without a permit, and officers did it again last week.
Police said Travis Osborne, 27, of Chattanooga, TN, was arrested by officers Sept. 30 for violating township code.
A resident on the 800 block of Longfield Drive called police about Osborne, who was allegedly attempting to sell magazine subscriptions, police said.
When questioned, police said Osborne admitted he did not have a permit to sell in Whitpain Township and was cited for the violation.
