A Blue Bell technology company has created a maintenance-free rugged computer for use on planes, trains, automobiles, buses, construction and agricultural machines.
MEN Micro Inc.'s rugged computer is known as the BL50W maintenance-free box PC for wireless applications, according to MilitaryAerospace.com.
The compact accessory offers four Mini Card slots, GPS capability, numerous wireless functions, antenna slots and conduction cooling.
The device can improve vehicle-to-control center communications.
