Paul Dooley Jr. Sworn in to Ambler Borough Council
Dooley will fill the vacancy left by the passing of George Pasceri.
During Tuesday night's Ambler Borough committee meetings, a former councilman was sworn in to fill the void left by the passing of Councilman George Pasceri.
Paul Dooley Jr., who previously served as Vice President of Ambler Borough Council prior to being called to active duty with the United States Marine Corps Reserves in 2009, was sworn in as the newest member of borough council.
Dooley, who was deployed to Iraq, was saddened by the loss of Pasceri, but stated that it was an honor to fill his term, according to Borough Manager Mary Aversa.
