Public Drunkenness, Warrant Service Reported in Ambler

Public Drunkenness: Wesley Musselman, 21, of the 200 block of Trinity Avenue, was arrested and cited after police responded to a disturbance call on April 7.

Once police arrived to the scene, Musselman allegedly ran on foot. Police gave chase, and Musselman was taken into custody and housed until sober.

Musselman was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Warrant Arrest: William Johnson Jr., 49, of the 500 block of Oak Street, Norristown, was taken into custody after police were checking an area for a suspicious vehicle out of Upper Dublin.

The vehicle was stopped by police, and after checking for warrants, it was discovered that Johnson was wanted on a warrant in Montgomery County.

Johnson was taken into custody, housed and released to the Montgomery County Sheriffs Department.
