Retail Theft, Warrant Service Reported in Whitpain

Warrant Service: On April 28 at 8:19 p.m., police were called to the 1700 block of Meadow Drive for a verbal argument between a mother and daughter.
When police arrived, the homeowner requested her daughter leave the residence. Officers discovered that there was a warrant out of Bucks County for the daughter – identified as Valerie Thibeault-Depalma, 23, of Perkasie – for failure to appear.

She was taken into custody, and later turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff's Department.
Retail Theft: On April 28 at 9:39 a.m., police were called to the Kohl’s Department Store on Skippack Pike, where Mark Reilly, 32, of the 1700 block of Kendrick Lane, Norristown, was in custody for alleged retail theft.

While in custody, Reilly allegedly admitted to multiple previous thefts, totaling $1460.86. He was arrested for retail theft and arraigned by District Justice Valentine, who set bail at $5,000 cash.
A detainer was lodged by Adult Probation and he was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
