Stolen Watches, Warrant Service Reported in Whitpain

Retail Theft: On April 2 at 3:18 p.m., officers were called to the Kohl’s Department Store to take a report of a retail theft that had occurred on April 1.
It was reported that a female – later identified as Neco Nicholls, 31, of Philadelphia – allegedly placed three watches and two lotions, valued at $553.85, into a Kohl’s plastic bag, and then attempted to return the watches for money. When the sales associate called for a manager, Nicholls changed her mind and left the store without paying for the items, the report states.

Later that day, Nicholls allegedly returned the watches at the Andorra Kohl’s and received cash for the items.
Officers were able to determine the identity of Nicholls and an arrest warrant was issued by Whitpain Township. On April 16, she was taken into custody by Philadelphia Police and released to Whitpain officers.

Nicholis was arraigned by District Justice Sobeck and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
Warrant Service: Rudolph Dukes, 55, of the 400 block of Railroad Avenue, Ambler, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Norristown.
On April 17 at 9:57 a.m., Dukes was at a hearing at District Court 38-1-21, when the warrant was discovered. He was taken into custody and Norristown police responded to take custody of him.
