Three DUI Arrests Made in Two Days in Whitpain

DUI: On March 2 at 4:17 a.m., police responded to a report of a reckless driver on Township Line Road in the area of Walton Road.
Police located a Blue Chevy pickup and stopped it on Arch Street. The officer allegedly noticed that the driver – Douglas Titus, 23, of the 3000 block of Keenwood Road, Norristown – appeared to be intoxicated. Titus was then taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital for blood testing, and charges including DUI and traffic offenses will be filed when the blood results are received.

DUI: On March 3 at 2:01 a.m., an officer followed a black Honda that was allegedly speeding northbound on Dekalb Pike.
The car was stopped on Skippack Pike, and as the officer spoke to the driver – Michael Naudasher, 28, of the 800 block of West Third Street, Lansdale – he could allegedly smell alcohol on his breath.

Naudasher was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital for blood testing, and charges including DUI and traffic offenses will be filed once blood results are received.
DUI: On March 3, at 1:54 a.m., an officer was driving north on Dekalb Pike and saw a blue Nissan exit the driveway of P.J. Whelihan’s with the front-seat passenger allegedly hanging halfway out the passenger’s side window, yelling at the car behind them. The officer also allegedly noticed the car swerving into the oncoming lane.
The driver – identified as Michael Rudolph, 27, of the 1400 block of Lincoln Drive, Ambler – appeared to be intoxicated, according to the report. Rudolph was taken to Mercy Suburban Hospital for blood testing and charges including DUI will be filed once blood results return from the lab.
The passenger – identified as Eric Bauer, 26, of the 900 block of Edge Hill Road, Glenside – was cited for disorderly conduct for recklessly hanging out of the window of the moving car, and restrictions of alcohol beverages for having a glass containing alcohol in the car.
