Public Works crews are continuing with plowing and clearing of streets in the Township. ( 9 a.m. update)

Crews applied salts to roads last night and during the early morning before switching to plowing and salting just before sunrise.
A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 4 p.m. this afternoon.

Montgomery County has issued a Code Blue because of the cold temperatures until 10 a.m. Monday.

Some winter storm reminders for your Saturday morning.
1. As you shovel, please clear fire hydrants near your property and make sure your mailbox is accessible.
2. Please leave at least 100 feet between your car and snow plowing equipment.
3. To report a snow-related issue during the storm, please call 610-279-9033.
4. Call 911 to report an emergency during a storm.
5. To report a power outage, please call PECO at 1-800-841-4141 or report the outage online. Do not assume that a neighbor has already called PECO. Please do not call Police to report power outages. Click here for the PECO website.
