Wissahickon Passes Budget with No Tax Increase

The Wissahickon School Budget passed the 2013-14 school year budget with no tax increase.

At the Wissahickon School Board's Tuesday meeting, the board passes the final budget for the 2013-14 school year, which doesn't raise taxes and balances the budget using $3.188 million from the district's fund balance, according to a report in the Times Herald.

"District Business Administrator Wade Coleman said the remaining fund balance will be $17 million after the $3.188 million is removed," according to the report.
