Employees told police the Haverford woman had been eating at the restaurant, and asked employees to call for a cab; when the cab arrived, the driver refused to take the woman due to her level of intoxication, according to the report.
The woman could not tell police where she lived and could not stand on her own, police said. She was taken to headquarters to sober up, and registered .234 percent blood alcohol on a preliminary breath test, according to the report.
Disorderly conduct: A 22-year-old Devon man was cited for disorderly conduct after police found him urinating near a Dumpster behind 23 East, police said. The man did not appear drunk, and so he was not cited for public drunkenness, according to the report.

The teen smelled of alcohol and failed field sobriety tests, police said.

When police approached the man, he told them he had been struck on his leg by a vehicle; though there were no visible injuries, Narberth Ambulance was contacted, police said. The man was extremely confused, police said, and told police he had consumed about two gallons of some type of alcoholic drink. The man was issued a citation for public intoxication, according to the report.
Drug possession: A juvenile was stopped by police at 10:33 p.m. March 30 after he failed to stop at a stop sign at Edgehill Road and Old Lancaster Road in Merion, police said. When police approached the teen, a strong odor of marijuana was present, and the teen showed police a small blunt, according to the report.
The driver was cited for disorderly conduct for the small amount of marijuana he had in his possession, but was not cited for DUI because he did not appear impaired, police said. According to police, the teen was turned over to his parents, and his father drove the car home.
