New Busineses Coming To Suburban Square In Ardmore
New businesses slated to come to Suburban Square in 2025 include New Balance, Rhone, Sugared + Bronzed, and more by way of Coulter Place.
ARDMORE, PA — Several new businesses are expected to come to Ardmore's Suburban Square, according to the shopping center's owners.
Property companies MSC and Kimco Realty in a brochure on Coulter Place, a new mixed use development in Suburban Square, featured new businesses coming to the area.
They are Rhone, New Balance, Sugared + Bronzed, Skin Laundry, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, The Beaufort Bonnet Co., and Rowan.

The brochure states Coulter Place will feature 130 apartments and 19,000 square footage of first floor retail, with dedicated parking for shoppers.
It is expected to open in fall 2025.
