New Businesses Opening In Suburban Square Soon

Coming soon to Suburban Square are a new yoga wear store, a farm-to-table restaurant chain, and a men's and women's fashion retailer.

ARDMORE, PA — Ardmore's Suburban Square is getting ready to welcome news tenants, giving shoppers even more options when out in the bustling business hub.

Coming too to Suburban Square are Alo, Seasalt Cornwall, DIG, and mixed commercial and residential space Coulter Place.

Alo is a yoga wear and accessories brand that is slated to open a new, 3,278 square-foot store.

Seasalt Cornwall, the Cornwall-inspired brand offering responsibly sourced and timeless styles for women and men, is slated to open a 2,000 square-foot store.

DIG is a farm-to-table restaurant chain known for its seasonal, locally sourced and chef-driven food, is slated to open in a 1,785-square-foot space.

All three are expected to open in June.

Located in the heart of Suburban Square, Coulter Place will offer sophisticated, high-end design living with thoughtfully curated amenities. The community will provide seamless access to specialty shops; including a 3,135 square-foot New Balance store, a 1,813 square-foot Sugared and Bronzed store, a 2,047 square-foot Rhone store, and a 2,000 square-foot Skin Laundry facial rejuvenation center, which will all open in early 2026.

Coulter Place Residential, opening in late 2025, will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with amenities including boutique concierge services, a resort-inspired outdoor pool, lounge areas, and indoor spaces for coworking, networking and exercising.

New tenants already open in Suburban are piercing studio Rowan, high-end children's clothing retailer The Beaufort Bonnet Company, and popular ice cream chain Van Leeuwen.
