Smash And Grab Burglary At Main Line Store Early Tuesday

Police said two men smashed their way into an activewear store, stole winter coats, then drove off in a U-Haul pickup truck toward Philly.

ARDMORE, PA — A store in Ardmore's Suburban Square was burglarized early Tuesday morning, according to Lower Merion Township Police.

The Lululemon store at 23 Parking Plaza, Unit 3-100 in the busy shopping center was broken into at just before 2 a.m.

According to authorities, two black men in masks got into the store by breaking the glass in the door

After getting inside, police said they stole various merchandise, mostly winter jackets.

They drove away from the scene in a U-Haul pick-up truck heading toward Philadelphia, according to police.

Police said the store has been cleaned up and is expected to open Tuesday. An outgoing voice message at the store says it will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
