Armed Robbery At Main Line Store Friday, Suspects At Large

Police said two armed men robbed an Auto Zone store on West City Avenue Friday. They are also suspects in three other robberies in Philly.

BALA CYNWYD, PA — An armed robbery occurred Friday at a Main Line business, according to authorities.

The robbery took place at Auto Zone on West City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, Lower Merion Township Police said.

Police did not say what was taken in the robbery and did not indicate anyone was hurt.

The two robbers are also suspects in armed robberies committed at Family Dollar stores in Philadelphia on Sept. 19, Oct. 6, and Oct. 11, police said.
