Father, Son Killed By Vehicle Rolling Into Them In Bala Cynwyd
Nathan B. Kobrin, 94, of Ardmore, and Sidney Michael Kobrin, 68, of Bala Cynwyd, died after Nathan Kobrin's vehicle rolled into them.
BALA CYNWYD, PA — A father and son died in Bala Cynwyd Monday after a vehicle rolled into them, according to authorities.
Lower Merion Township officials said Nathan B. Kobrin, 94, of Ardmore, and Sidney Michael Kobrin, 68, of Bala Cynwyd, died Monday.
The incident occurred at about 9:05 a.m. in Sydney Kobrin's driveway on the 300 block of Pembree Terrace in Bala Cynwyd.

According to authorities, Nathan Kobrin was driving a Toyota Camry and pulled into son Sydney Kobrin's driveway.
Nathan Kobrin got out, but the vehicle rolled backward down the driveway, striking him.

The vehicle kept rolling onto Llandrillo Road, striking Sydney Kobrin.
Both were taken to Lankenau Medical Center, where they were both pronounced dead, officials said.
The crash is being investigated by Lower Merion Police Department's Traffic Safety Unit.
Llandrillo Road was closed between Belmont Avenue and Trevor Lane for about three hours as crews responded to the incident.
