Police: Driver Charged With DUI in Bala Cynwyd Crash
The Drexel Hill 20-year-old's BAC was 0.21, police said.

A 20-year-old Drexel Hill man was charged with driving under the influence in Bala Cynwyd early Sunday morning, Lower Merion police told news media Monday afternoon.
At 2:55 a.m. on Sunday, police responded to a report of a vehicle accident at City Avenue and Monument Road. Joseph Bradley, 20, of Drexel Hill, was slumped forward in the driver’s seat of a vehicle and appeared to be unconscious, police said.
Police were able to wake Bradley, who then failed a field sobriety test, according to the police report.
The front driver’s side tire of Bradley’s vehicle was missing, and police were never able to locate it. Bradley told police there was nothing wrong with his vehicle, though it appeared that the front wheel had been driven on its rim for an extended period of time. The rim had been worn down to almost nothing, police said.
Bradley was brought back to police headquarters, where his blood alcohol test registered 0.21, police said.
