YOGA206 BONE BOOST is all-levels 60 minutes mat & chair yoga class focusing on bone strength with adapted, safe poses. Appropriate for persons pro-active about reducing bone loss or diagnosed with medical conditions resulting in bone loss, such as osteopenia or osteoporosis. Participants, age 50+, must be able to safely sit on and rise from a mat.
