The Streets Run waterway in Baldwin Borough looks more like a swamp on Wednesday afternoon after heavy rain on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning flooded the area.
As of 2 p.m. on Wednesday, the adjacent Streets Run Road remains closed from Schuette/Willett/Brentwood Road to the Glenwood Bridge area.
