Accident Injures Policeman
Officer was responding to an arrest scene at the time of the accident.
Around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 10, a Bensalem policeman was injured in a car accident.
According to a story on PhillyBurbs.com, Officer Michael Jachimski broke both his wrists in the accident at Street Road and Clive Avenue. He was responding as backup to another officer making a theft arrest, the report stated.
Jachimski was treated at Aria Health and released.
