Police Arrest Two: One Drunk Driver, One Outstanding Warrant

On March 31, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:27 a.m., James M. Kubiak, 63, of the 2500 block of Dunksferry Road, was arrested Street Road and Mechanicsville Road, and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

At 2:22 a.m., Andrew Coles, Jr., 51, of the 2300 block of Linconia Avenue, Trevose, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County and charged with false reports to law enforcement. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
