Police Make 13 Weekend Arrests

Charges include warrants, theft, public drunkenness, mischief, disorderly conduct trespassing and prowling.

On April 1-3, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On April 1 at 1:34 p.m., Morgan Lillian Gibson, 19, of the 2100 block of Alabama Avenue, Washington, D.C., was arrested in the 1800 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On April 1 at 5:02 p.m., Jennifer Piuma, 20, of the 1600 block of Harrison Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On April 1 at 10:03 p.m., Christopher M. Luszczak, 21, of the 1100 block of Harwood Avenue, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He will receive a summons.

On April 1 at 10:57 p.m., Darya Makhlay, 20, of the of Braintree Commons, Langhorne, was arrested in the 2300 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Arlington, Va. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $150,000 bail to await U.S. Marshalls.

On April 1 at 10:57 p.m., Carol Tower, 49, of the 7500 block of Harper Avenue, Morrisville, was arrested in the 2300 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. He was turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

On April 2 at 5:55 a.m., Weston Recinos, 30, was arrested at Street and Knights roads on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On April 2 at 10:37 a.m., Julie Adams, 39, of the 3500 block of Society Place, Newtown, was arrested in the 2700 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Middletown Township Police.

On April 2 at 12:09 p.m., Bernadette Clinton, 44, of the 1800 block of Gillingham Street, Philadelphia was arrested in the 1800 block of Street Road and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. She will receive citations.

On April 2 at 9:34 p.m., Jason Leonard Foster, 24, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested at his residence on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Detectives.

On April 3 at 1:02 a.m., Thomas Chwieroth, 22, of the 2800 block of Plum Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 900 block of Bristol Pike and charged with defiant trespass, possession of an instrument of crime, attempted theft and loitering/prowling at night. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail. 

On April 3 at 8:51 a.m., Lashirelle Bryant, 23, of the 6100 block of N. 11th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Upper Moreland Township. She was turned over to Upper Moreland Township Police.

On April 3 at 8:51 a.m., Vernee Bryant, 30, of the 5800 block of N. 15th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Detectives.

On April 3 at 9:12 a.m., Sharon Love Smith, 54, of the 5300 block of Akron Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with public drunkenness. She was issued a citation.

On April 3 at 10:20 p.m., Reynaldo Vasquez, 21, of Downey Drive, Warminster, was arrested in the 1300 block Street Road, and charged with theft. He will receive a summons.

On April 3 at 11:10 p.m., Paul Johnson, 31, was arrested in the 2300 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
