BRYN MAWR, PA — A Main Line teacher will make her national television debut on "Jeopardy!" later this month.

Lisa Gargiulo, a teacher at Hill Top Preparatory School in Bryn Mawr, will appear on the legendary game show May 31.

After taking the test at least a dozen times over the course of more than a decade, she was invited to take a Zoom test, which resulted in an official Zoom audition that included playing a mock round of Jeopardy with other potential contestants.

She advises the Middle School Student Council and is touted as a key organizer of fun activities at the school for students and faculty, often trivia contests, so she can get practice in.

Gargiulo is also the program director of Camp Twin Creeks, a summer camp in West Virginia.

"I can’t think of a time when I haven't watched Jeopardy every night," she said.

Gargiulo previously competed in an NPR game show called "Ask Me Another," but unfortunately lost to a literature professor.

The host of Gargiulo's episode was Mayim Bialick, who Gargiulo said was kind and professional, and even complimented her shoes.

Catch Gargiulo on "Jeopardy!" at 7 p.m. on ABC Wednesday, May 31 to find out if she becomes a "Jeopardy!" champion.
