2022-23 Wolf Performing Arts Center Performance Season Announced

BRYN MAWR, PA — Registration for the 2022-2023 Wolf Performing Arts Center Performance Season is open now, paving the way for young local thespians to get some time on stage and behind the curtain.

This season's productions are "The Missing Button," "Annie," "Matilda The Musical," and "Urine Town The Musical."

"The Missing Button" is for kids in first and second grades and will have two casts that will have separate rehearsals and performances.

Rehearsals are Sept. 8 through Nov. 10, with performances on Sunday, Nov. 13 at the Wolf Performing Arts Center's Black Box theater.

The casts of "Annie", of which there will be three, will be composed of kids in third, fourth, and fifth grades.

Rehearsals will take place from Sept. 12 to Dec. 11.

The casts will perform two shows each between Wednesday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 11.

All performances will take place at an off-site location to be announced soon.

"Matilda The Musical" and "Urine Town The Musical" are for kids in sixth through 12th grade.

Auditions will be held Monday, Sept. 12 and Tuesday, Sept. 13. Callbacks are scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 15 and Saturday, Sept. 17.

Two casts will be chosen for "Matilda" and one for "Urine Town."

"Matilda" rehearsals are Sept. 19 through Jan. 29, 2023

Performances will be held Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 through Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023 in the Wolf Performing Art Center’s Black Box Theatre.

"Urine Town" rehearsals will be held from Sept. 20 through Feb. 11, 2023.

Performances will take place Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023 through Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023.
