Schuylkill Lane Closures Set for Sunday in Lower Merion

The following was provided to Patch by PennDOT:

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) on Monday announced that the right lane on eastbound Interstate 76 will be intermittently closed from just east of the Interstate 476 Interchange to Belmont Avenue in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, on Sunday (Dec. 21) from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., for the removal of deteriorated trees.

Motorists are advised to allow more time for travel on eastbound I-76 during the operation because slowdowns will occur. The schedule is dependent on the weather.
