$100K Reward Offered For Info On Mt Airy Fatal Black Friday Shooting

MT. AIRY, PHILADELPHIA — $100,000 in reward money is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for a deadly shooting on Black Friday last year in East Mt. Airy.
According to Philadelphia Police, the person seen above is sought in connection with a shooting that occurred at 8:41 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2021.
Police said a person dressed in all dark clothing was seen walking in the area of Ardleigh Street and East Mt. Pleasant Avenue.

The offender approached a male victim near the corner and fired several shots, striking and killing him.
The gunman was last seen fleeing west on the 7100 block of Ardleigh Street.

A $20,000 reward is being offered by the city, and the Citizen Crime Commission is offering an $80,000 reward for information leading to the gunman's arrest and conviction.
