Enjoy Fall Festivities At 'Whispers Along the Wissahickon Fall Party' Oct. 27

CHESTNUT HILL, PHILADELPHIA – You and your family are invited to a fall party at the Wissahickon Environmental Center later this month to enjoy all things fall while taking in the colorful leaves in Wissahickon Valley Park.

The Friends of the Wissahickon (FOW) is hosting the annual family-friendly Whispers Along the Wissahickon fall party, featuring hayrides, face painting, live music, and more.

Attendees especially feeling the Halloween spirit are encouraged to dress up in the Halloween costumes, too.

The party will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27 from 5-8 p.m. at the Wissahickon Environmental Center, 300 Northwestern Ave.

Tickets are available on a first-come-first served bases to FOW members and non members alike. However, non member tickets include a one-year membership to the FOW.

Tickets include food, beverages, beer and wine, as well as activities for the kids and family.

Member pricing is $45 per adult, $20 per child, and $100 for two adults and two children.

Non members will pay $90 per adult and $175 for two adults and two children.

FOW members will receive an email with the link to register can check their e-mail for the link to register.

Tickets, which are not sold at the door on the day of the event, are expected to move quickly and are only available in limited quantities, so non members should contact Giulia Morrone at morrone@fow.org or (215) 381-2950 for more information on obtaining tickets.
