Watch Out for Roadwork: Work continues all over Chestnut Hill. Northwestern Avenue has limited access as workers from Aqua replace a water main between Thomas Road and Stenton Avenue. There is also ongoing work on Chestnut Hill Avenue as Philadelphia Gas Works replaces a gas main.
Final-ly Friday: Head on down to Final-ly Friday. Germantown Avenue will be packed with special events and sales to celebrate the end of the month.
This day in history: President Harry Truman signed an executive order on July 26, 1948 desegregating the United States Army. Also, on July 26, 1875, noted Psychologist Carl Jung is born in Switzerland
