Cranberry Auction Barn Site Poised For Redevelopment

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — A three-building, 180-unit apartment development is planned for Brandt Drive on the Auction Barn site.

Supervisors on Thursday are scheduled to vote on the second phase of the Felson Apartments. It will include a clubhouse, pool and three parklets, as well as a mixture of surface and garage parking.

Supervisors also will consider a franchise agreement with Comcast that would provide residents with an additional cable service choice.

Comcast has served the business sector of the township since 2020. Using existing and new
infrastructure, residential internet services could be expanded and offered by the end of the year.
