Cranberry Church Holds Collection Drive To Aid Helene Victims

A Cranberry church is collecting supplies to help those in North Carolina areas that were devastated by Hurricane Helene.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — A Cranberry church is holding a donation drive through the weekend to aid people in North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene.

The church is collecting contractor-size trash bags, blankets, first aid supplies, feminine hygiene products, diapers, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, bleach, shovels, brooms, gloves, coolers, flashlights, batteries, fans, dehumidifiers and generators.

Collection drive organizers are not looking for water, food or clothing.

Donations can be dropped off at the church on Marshall Road on the following days and times:

  • Oct 3-4: 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Oct. 5: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Oct. 6: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
