CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — Supervisors next week are expected to vote on whether to approve a new 14-building apartment complex in the township.

Supervisors on March 30 heard public testimony on the proposed 14-building, 308-unit development that would occupy about 14 acres on Cool Springs Drive near the Cranberry Springs development.

Featuring on-street parallel parking and off-street covered garages, the development would include a clubhouse, pool, sports court, dog park and four parklets. There also will be pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding Route 228 corridor.
