CRANBERRY, PA — A federal grand jury has indicted a Cranberry man who allegedly strangled, assaulted and wounded his intimate dating partner on a cruise.
The U.S. Attorney's office in Pittsburgh announced the indictment against Quintin Owens, 27. He has been charged with assault and interstate domestic violence charges.
The incident allegedly occurred while on a cruise ship excursion departing from Orlando, FL in October 2022. Owens faces up to 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, or both.
