Cranberry Municipal Center Getting Complete Overhaul

The township's municipal center is being totally renovated.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — The modernization of the township municipal center will continue, with four contracts related to the project being recently approved by supervisors.

Work around the building has been ongoing, with the rear and side parking lots undergoing an overhaul. Now, crews will focus on the building's interior, which has remained basically unchanged for more than three decades.

Contractsawards include FMS Construction Company (general contracting), K&K Mechanical Services Inc. (HVAC), East End Plumbing and Mech Inc. (plumbing), and Allegheny City Electric Inc. (electrical).

A portion of the work will be paid for via a $1.25 million state Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program Award.
