CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — Registration is now open for Community Leadership Institute of Cranberry sessions that enable residents to see what goes on behind the scenes in township government.

The institute is a multi-week program that fosters community engagement, growth, and understanding by offering an in-depth look at how local government works to improve the quality of life for township residents.

Presented by the Cranberry Township Community Chest, the institute educates and encourages graduates to be integral to the community through enlightened leadership abilities.

Full-time residents are eligible for the program. Sessions are 90 minutes each and include topics such as government, infrastructure, public safety, utilities, communications, information technology, and parks and recreation. Participants will be honored for completing the course at a board of supervisors meeting.
