The great lawn at the township municipal center is about to debut.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — The township will officially debut the long-awaited opening of the Armstrong Great Lawn with an event on May 16. Celebrate Cranberry will occur from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. that day at the municipal center.
“The area surrounding the municipal center has grown so much in the last four years,” said Bruce Mazzoni, a township supervisor and president of the Cranberry Township Community Chest. “We see this project as an opportunity to further connect our community through a beautiful, functional gathering space.”
Celebrate Cranberry offers the community a chance to experience the Armstrong Great Lawn. The event includes a Touch-A-Truck area with a sensory hour, Cranberry Local Government Day with township representatives available to meet with residents, a photo booth, live music, food trucks and more.
