Cranberry Stand Up To Drowning Campaign Revs Up For 2025

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — In coordination with the township’s Stand Up to Drowning campaign, swimming lessons will be offered again this summer at the water park. Registration opens Jan. 22.

Trained, award-winning lifeguards teach lessons. The program’s six levels focus on building skills, each a prerequisite for the following level. Children must be at least 6 years old to participate.

Additional offerings include Parent & Child Aquatics (6 months to 3 years old), Preschool Aquatics (4-to-5 years old), and private lessons appropriate for all ages, including adults.

Teaching the fundamentals of swimming is part of the w ater park’s Stand Up to Drowning campaign. Swimmers take a pledge to educate themselves on the rules and conduct of safe swimming. Water park visitors are asked to sign the pledge display and commit to staying safe.
