CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — Pittsburgh-based Dick's Sporting Goods is poised to open its first Public Lands store this month in Cranberry Square. The outdoors-focused store will open on September 24, Dick's announced on Monday.

Public Lands will carry outdoor and lifestyle apparel, footwear, and equipment brands. The store also will support the local outdoor community via conservation initiatives and access and equity-based efforts, with one percent of all Public Lands sales will go back into local and national conservation programs.

The 50,000 square foot store will feature a 30-foot rock wall, an in-store gear repair and rental department and specialized shops dedicated to various outdoor activities including biking, camping, fishing, paddling, skiing, climbing, running and hiking.
