• Penguins Return: Lizotte Update; Lines Tweak (pittsburghhockeynow.com) — From Cranberry’s UPMC Lemieux Center, the Penguins returned to practice after a rough 10-game stretch, with center Blake Lizotte back in full-contact drills. Coaches reshuffled lines slightly and reinstalled Lizotte on the fourth line, hoping his penalty-kill presence helps stabilize the team’s slide out of playoff position.
