The Streets of Cranberry now becomes part of a growing Regional Development Partners portfolio that includes properties such as the Blue Spruce Shoppes in Murrysville, Beesontown Shoppes in Uniontown, Shops at McKnight Seibert in Ross and CenterPoint in Monaca.

Herky Pollock of Regional Development Partners and executive vice president of CBRE, the Streets of Cranberry's longtime leasing agent, will retain the property's leasing assignment.

The Streets of Cranberry "truly one of the premier specialty shopping centers throughout all of Western Pennsylvania and we are very proud to own it," said Pollock, who created the real estate development and management company in 1998.

Built in 2007, the Streets of Cranberry's tenants include Talbots, Condado Taco, Rally House, Old Navy, First Watch, Chico’s, Steel City, Big Blue Swim School, and many more. The center is nearly 100 percent occupied.

Pollock said negotiations are underway for a new tenant to occupy the former Houlihan's space. The restaurant closed earlier this year.
