Mon Incline Closed, Sept. 5 and 6
Shuttle buses will be provided between the incline's upper and lower stations.
Port Authority transit users are used to hearing an occasional note about trolley track maintenance or bus detours.
But if your commute requires you to take the Mon Incline on Thursday, Sept. 5 or Friday, Sept. 6, you might want to find a new way to reach your destination.
The Port Authority of Allegheny County will close the Mon Incline from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 5 and 6 in order to conduct routine electrical and track maintenance.
During the closure, the Port Authority will provide shuttle buses between the incline’s upper and lower stations.
