Fire & Frost Returns For 2nd Weekend Of Dazzling Winter Fun At Peddler's Village

Winter festival featuring ice sculptures and fire artistry performances will unfold on Friday and Saturday evenings in Lahaska.

LAHASKA, PA — The dazzling sights and sounds of Fire & Frost returns to Peddler's Village this weekend with two evenings of winter fun.

Against the backdrop of a magical display of a million lights, the outdoor festival will feature dozens of ice sculptures, fire artistry performances, and a family-friendly Jack Frost-themed scavenger hunt, village officials have announced.

The Fire & Frost Festival continues this week from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 16, and again on Saturday, January 17. Additionally, Peddler’s Village shops and boutiques will be offering special sales throughout the month of January. Admission and parking are free.

Attendees will have the opportunity to view dozens of hand-crafted ice sculptures, including a photo-ready ice throne, and to watch artists from Ice Concepts sculpt blocks of ice into art.

Visitors will also enjoy fire artistry, fire breathing, spinning, and juggling performed by the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts & Airplay as well as family activities and outdoor food and drinks.

Fire artistry performances will take place at 5:15, 6, 6:45, and 7:30 p.m. Live ice sculpting will take place on Friday at 6 p.m. and on Saturday at 5 p.m. Families can also participate in a Find Jack Frost scavenger hunt in which children can win prizes (while supplies last).

Hot chocolate and cider will be available on the Village Green on all four nights. Village restaurants will be open, and food trucks will also be on site.
