Courts: Heroin Found During Traffic Stop, Illegal Guns

Michael C. Tomson, 46, of was held for court on charges of solicitation, forgery and disorderly conduct. Swissvale police charged him May 9.

Leslie Darnail Wallace, 42, of Homestead waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of presenting false I.D. to law enforcement, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving while suspended. State police charged her in Edgewood borough May 12.

Markeith Devon Morris, 22, of Braddock waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, possession with intent to deliver, person not to possess firearms and driving without a license. Port Authority Police filed charges March 3.

Ricardo A. Brisky, 24, of Highland Park waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Swissvale police charged Brisky March 5 after he was pulled over for running a red light. During the traffic stop, police found marijuana and several stamp bags of suspected heroin, according to the police criminal complaint.

Julian Sims, 20, of Swissvale waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges including two counts of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. Allegheny County police charged Sims Jan. 4 after a narcotics investigation.
