Learn to Live Healthy with Regent Square Workshop
A Patch blogger is holding an informational session soon.

Have you been trying to follow “a healthy diet”?
Are you confused about what that means or how to put it into practice? In this workshop/discussion group, you’ll learn the basics of healthy eating, including: understanding nutrition labels; portions vs. servings; stocking a “healthy” pantry; balancing protein, carbs and fats in your meals and snacks; identifying foods that give you the biggest bang for your nutritional buck; daily nutrient needs; curbing cravings for unhealthy foods; and reducing your risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, type two diabetes and cancer.
