Philadelphia Man Exposes Himself to Fellow Passenger on Parkway East

The man was charged earlier Thursday.

A Philadelphia man is charged with exposing himself to a woman early Thursday morning while both were passengers on a Greyhound bus.

Ronald H. Miller Jr., 49, is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and harassment. The bus stopped on the Parkway East around 6:55 a.m. in borough where state police responded to the incident.

The report states that the victim was sleeping in her seat. When she awoke, Miller was standing in front of her in a straddle position exposing himself. He was taken into custody.
